I researched some roofers, and sadly, some did not even respond even after an initial appraisal. Zach Reece was prompt and professional and stayed in contact/communication during the whole process. The company shows up when they say, cleans up after their job site. They did a flawless job, if you need a trustworthy roof contractor Colony Roofers is the best choice. Great overall experience and fair estimate.

I am completely satisfied with their promptness in returning my call, which was almost immediately, and they were able to repair my roof within a couple of days of calling. The roof is now better than the new one. His team identified and fixed issues as they came up, and Zach always let me know if there were new expenses before he did the work. Would absolutely use this team again.
