1st and last time I'll ever go there. Went for a beard trim I told the whatever it was that was triming it to keep the length I wanted to keep it long and to taper it down on the sides even showed it a picture I know I repeated my self at least 4 times to keep it long(the length was right at the mid part of my chest) within in a few seconds IT cut more than half of my beard off the length doest even go past my neck now. All I got from the person was they said oh thats on me do you want me to stop I did cause a scene with a lot of curse words because I was mad I walked out for a few minutes and went back to talk to the manager she did offer to try to clean it up which I denied because the damage was already done but I guess she thought the situation was funny because she started laughing said there is nothing she can do. If you don't know how to trim a beard just say so instead of doing what you did. Horrible place in my opinion I will be telling everyone I know how bad this place is and to stay away
