Beyond Moving was contracted to move a limited amount of furniture and belongings from Virginia to California. We took out full replacement insurance for an extra cost. The belongings were picked up in May 2021. They were delivered (late) in mid-July 2021. Two items (an antique lamp and antique sewing machine) were missing from the delivery. The Household Goods Descriptive Inventory acknowledges these items were not delivered and will be shipped within 5 days. Several items were damaged as well including an antique slate mantel clock (this was destroyed). All items damaged or lost were recently inherited from my mother-in-law who died of COVID-19 in Virginia in February 2021. These items were selected for their importance and sentimental value to ship to our home in California. Beyond Moving (Shannon and Jose) was initially responsive to our attempts to have missing items located and delivered but they now ignore our calls and/or do not return them as promised. We filed a claim as they instructed and waited weeks to get a reply. When one finally came the offer was based on weight despite the fact that we indicated we had full replacement insurance. Shannon said she would take care of it and call us back but nothing ever happened and they are unresponsive to our calls or make up excuses why nothing is happening to resolve these problems. Shame on them.

They arrive late, they move slow, they use extra and unneeded materials, and then charge you for them. And if their one job is to relocate your items, they failed at that too. And I don't think it's a coincidence that only the expensive electronics went missing. Then due to insurance, they only try to settle with a small percentage of what it would cost to replace the items. This company is sickening. I only gave one star because zero stars is not an option.

These are fake reviews. This company is terrible. They broke most of our stuff. A desk, hutch, table, multiple lamps. Broke things in our home (a water line on the fridge and a window). Our mattresses were water damaged. They took weeks. Absolutely terrible.

Mostly great experience . I guess I am picky and would have like even better price. But it was for sure the best deal offered from 7 movers I spoke to . Also no scratches or issues with my furniture as it is expensive . So 4 stars as I give no company ever more than that.

These dudes are the best! We Moved from SC to NC Three men showed up ready to rock it and what would have taken me and my buddies days was completed in 5.5 hours. They were super professional yet not like the we don't work hard pro and only look good in clean shirts! They were pro in how they tackled every part of this move for me. They followed directions super well and when I asked for things to be stacked a certain way, it was never to be asked again. Why? Because they are pros and totally got what I wanted. Beto well communicated each and every aspect of what they were doing.

9/10! I would 100% use again and I highly recommend. I just do not give anyone a 10. I just finished moving my apartment and I'm so glad I called these guys. Setting up a time to have them move me was easy. On the day of, the crew was very diligent and worked fast. They wrapped everything in blankets for moving and plastic wrap for storage. They treated my stuff like it was their own. They definitely went the extra mile on packing my storage unit, they stored it in the most efficient way where I can get to what I need and it's incredibly organized. Not to mention they are COVID-19 conscious, they wore masks the entire time. I am so glad I used them as my moving company and I will definitely be calling them again for my next move

Last Month I used Beyond Moving and Transportation when I moved from NY to Raleigh NC .. The pricing was fair and in budget . Only issue was the delivery was one day to next so I had to get someone to meet them as I taught it would take longer. Very nice family owned biz.

Beyond Moving and Transportation did a great job. Everyone I worked with was helpful and did what they said they would do. They were professional and courteous. All my belongings were handled with care. Nothing was broken and everything was delivered when promised. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again. A big thanks to Randy in the reservation dept as he is a real pro and super nice.

Hello my name is Hannah Jones I moved from Atlanta Georgia to Wilmington Delaware lass Sunday and I had the most pleasant experience with these movers they are such people person I watch how they came into my home success good care of my property as if it was their property they talk to me they tell me what they would go in and how it's gonna work out they were so pleasant their customer service was one of the best customer service that I have came across in years I have moved 3 times before with my job from up North down South down South backup North as these guys will be my to go guys if I do decide to move back again I really admire had it's a pride in the a work how they work together to get a done it was that the to guy gang and I could never acts for better customer service from the young man and they would just nice I just can't say how much I appreciate them enough I appreciate you guys and I hope and I pray that you guys get notice for U customer service skills keep up the go work do not change your attitude continue to put your work 1st and guy will guide you from there thanks again guys can't wait to see you in Delaware with my stuff bye.
