I have made several purchases online over the past two years from these folks at ARD.I recently got to meet them in person at the Daytona National Breeders Expo. Another great experience and was nice to put a face to the name. Picked up a hypo redfooted tortoise there and have to say its now my favorite tortoise. Thanks ARD

Terrible business. They sent me a very dead turtle and had the gall to tell me it was alive! They said it wouldn't die in that position. Terrible business. They sent me a very dead turtle and had the gall to tell me it was alive! They said it wouldn't die in that position. When I told them it was in that same dead position for days with no movement, they ignored me. When I sent sad pictures of the week long dead turtle in the same position, they sill ignored me. So, it's not just incompetence, they are just dishonest and unethical. The few times they responded were all via email as they don't answer the phone and the voicemail box is "full". Looks like they respond to negative reviews faster than they do their phone or email. There are plenty of other online options other than this extremely unethical company.
