Better Business Bureau Complaint 16635866 Rock N Roll Rigging Inc. was employed to perform update and repair of personal watercraft. Agreed upon initial amount. Totaled 10K dollars Which was paid in full prior to completion of work. After 7 months of no progress work was completed at which point William C. Roper demanded an additional 4K before the boat was released. This cost was not discussed or agreed to at any point. Nor was the invoice disclosed until the day of pick up . Additionally I have text messaged from owner that state the following " Hey. My apology for the miscommunications. I won't accept anymore money whatsoever, and will finish the boat to the level of every job that leaves my shop
