I made an office move. They used moving blankets and were very aware of keeping everything safe. At dropoff they placed everything where I had asked them to. It was such a great experience! They were awesome and I them to reflect that. They wore masks and were aware of our neighboring businesses.

We called A Plus Moving and Storage to take charge of our move and Trevor called me to assess our specific needs for our move and he set us up with all that we needed. the process was so simple. I did not like that I was not provided a specific day, they gave me essentially 2 day slot and as those days approached, I was notified hours before that they would be arriving around 11am. On the day of the move, they showed up and got to work. Relieved us of so much labor and stress. We are extremely grateful for their hard work and expertise. Thank you APlus!!

Wonderful experience with A Plus Moving and Storage crew. They were very efficient, thoughtful and a pleasure to do business with. As long as they are in business I will never again bribe family and friends for help. They are quick, experienced and reasonably priced, but just as importantly great people with great work ethics. Hiring A Plus Moving and storage made our move smooth. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and upbeat. We had 4 movers and they worked so well together. They moved everything with care and efficiency. They took apart our beds and set them back up in the new house. They made sure our furniture was in a location we wanted before they left. Our new house and driveway is on a hill and the crew navigated the hill with ease. We are very happy with the service we received and we will be hiring A Plus Movers and Storage to move our aunt in the next month or so.

Thanks to these gentlemen for making our move go quickly and smoothly! And efficiently! They arrived in a timely manner, were very respectful, and worked diligently and carefully to get our house moved. We were in a last minute pickle when we decided to hire them and I am so happy that we did.

It may seem crazy that you give a moving company 5 stars and things actually go smoothly but that was my experience with A Plus Moving and storage. The customer service representative is excellent! They reached out to me before and after the move and were very professional and friendly. The movers arrived on time and finished the job quicker than they estimated, they took apart beds and desks and had to navigate 2 flights of stairs. This is the first time that I hired movers and the company exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to you if you are looking for movers.

I moved my family back in March and we used A Plus Movers. They were on time, hard working, friendly and professional. I have moved around a lot and I have never had a moving company handle my items so carefully. They made sure to ask where we wanted each item and that sealed the deal for me that we did not have to relocate anything. I highly recommend hiring them, you will not be disappointed!

The men at A Plus Moving and Storage are excellent movers! They were on time and efficient. The treated both houses with extreme care. They were very organized and ensured everything was in the right place at our new home. We were on a tight time frame to move and they helped us with a time that it our schedule perfectly. Prior to the move the company checked in with us multiple times and the day of the move they communicated clearly on timeline and expectations. The payment process was smooth and straightforward and it was broken down and explained. The final payment was spot on compared to the original estimate. If we move again I have A Plus Moving phone number saved.

I recently moved from PA to NY with A Plus Moving and Storage. Overall, the experience was great. I communicated with the sales team prior to my move and the man was extremely friendly and understanding/ knowledgeable. He was accommodating with most of my requests and I really appreciated the down to earth customer service, which is hard to find these days. The only reason I did not give my experience a full 5 stars is because they could not provide an exact move date but they were honest about it. They gave me a 2 day window. So we did not know if we were moving Wednesday or Thursday but it was guaranteed to be one of those days. It was not a huge deal because they were doing all the work so we were prepared for either day. The men that moved us kept up a really positive attitude throughout and were resourceful and able to tackle all the obstacles they encountered. They were friendly and professional . They did contact me Thursday morning to let me know they would be arriving in an hour prior to the move. In the end, we were all moved in one piece and no one was rude which is what really mattered to me. I would use their services again and I will recommend them. So if you are having trouble deciding on a moving company, A Plus Moving and Storage WILL get the job done. Their prices were reasonable and broken down for me which is transparency you do not often get. I would just recommend calling the morning of your move to triple check all the details.
