Hello Saavedra Construction, I'm reaching out because a real estate group I'm involved with is planning a large, 300+ apartment renovation in McAllen, TX and your firm stood out as a strong local GC fit. They prefer to work directly with a general contractor rather than run a broad bid process. I'm a Limited Partner in the property and can make an introduction to the ownership group. If you're interested and would like to learn more, please contact me at [[email protected]] and I'll share additional project details. Thank you.
