Ed returned my call quickly. He explained everything to me and made me feel assured that my roof would be fixed correctly. I had a hole in my roof and he made sure that they got to my roof in record time. He went over exactly what would be done, worked with my insurance company and went beyond what I expected to be done by them. Everyone working on my roof were professional, friendly and my roof was complete with very organized workers. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company and Ed.

The professionalism of the Provident team is unmatched. The entire process was seamless from the moment Matt walked through the door. He explained everything that would be done in a way we could understand. We never felt like he was trying to sell us something it was more like he was actively trying to help us get what we needed. The installation crews were 5 star, and the project manager Craig kept us informed every step of the way. When we noticed a piece of broken wood (not their fault) in our attic they went back up and repaired it right away. From beginning to end we felt like we were in good hands. My chimney was leaking inside. A very competent worker came out and spent hours repairing the flashing, the lining under it, and shingles that were not correctly placed. He arrived early in the morning, left late at night, and left the area immaculate. I will always call on Provident whenever I have an issue with my roof.
