Recently, with Lufthansa, with a pleasant experience throughout my travel. They had an easy check in process, and helpful and welcoming staff. Boarding was conducted smoothly, flight was comfortable and aircraft departed on time. I also spoke with 8OO 2S8 1388 before I travelled to check my booking and travel information. Representative was professional and presented information in a clear manner. No problems at all and I was able to travel comfortably and stress free.
