Nicholas Marks
We hired Massaglia Construction to do extensive remodel on our house in Valley Springs. He and his Sub-Contractor incorrectly remodeled the area around the fireplace insert and the insert is now unusable. We have a complaint filed with the Contractors License Board because the contractor refuses to correct the problems to our satisfaction (and as recommended by a fireplace expert) unless he is forced to. Customer satisfaction does not seem to mean much to the contractor.
