We offer therapy for children, teens, and adults. The focus is on supporting individuals in stress reduction, personal goals, behavioral changes, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. This can involve goals with work, family, home, and school. We offer both short-term and long-term interventions for children and the adults in their lives. For kids, the focus tends to be on better peer relations, family relations, self-confidence, and school goals as well. For adults, stress reduction, resolving past family issues, confidence, work, and relationships. We are very happy to help!
