Welcome to The Cottages. This is a gated, independent living community for 55+ active adults seeking easy, independent living in beautiful cottages in Spokane Valley, Washington. Our prime location in the Valley neighbors both Spokane and Liberty Lake. We are now leasing independent living cottages with two and three bedroom plans to choose from. We are not the typical retirement community for seniors. Our community is designed for golden years living for active people 55 and up.
