We're a fruit processor company that primarily produces juices. I'm the manager, and Chris and I are co-owners. We wanted Website Profs to create a website that was professional in style. Our previous website was fine, but I was doing it myself. We needed Website Profs to update our site's design and add an e-commerce tool. They restructured, and built an e-commerce platform for our website. Our new site is modern and functional. Website Profs applied all of our specifications and recommendations. We worked with their entire team which included the salesman, designer, and account manager. The project lasted from December 2020 -January 2021. They completed the website in a short period of time. I'm not sure of any metrics, and we haven't received any user feedback yet. However, our sales have been hugely impacted because of the e-commerce platform. I'm a markeitng director at a restaurant consulting firm. We needed a brand refresh and website redesign. Website Profs created a new homepage as well as a communications strategy for the homepage. That included a new site map that incorporated new services and adjusted for our new brand positioning strategy. In addition to design work and content curation, they built out the technical aspects of the website's functionality. They created a custom WordPress template for the new platform. We interacted with about five of their team members, including a creative designer, a content manager, and a technical lead. The others played administrative roles.
