One star (not good) doesn't go far enough down. He is horrible! Poor communication. Was contracted to hang a garage heater in the fall when we moved into our house. He kept changing the schedule, multiple times, finally hung the heater in the garage BUT never ran the gas line. Now it's winter and the ground is frozen. He purchased better heat blankets that were suppose to defrost within 24-48 hours. He came out 3 weeks later took two shovels out and said he needed to come back another time. Meanwhile my business is suffering and my electric bill is skyrocketing. He ended up walking off the site saying he wasn't going to finish. So I am left looking for a contractor to finish his work. Worst subcontractor I've ever worked with and I was in construction for years.

At the last minute I was told I had to pay 30% more than the invoice, not estimate, price for my project to be done or Kevin would not do it. I did not have the funds to complete this project anymore and now I am getting the run around from Kevin to refund my $9,000 down payment I gave him! Beware!!
