CU Family Health Clinic Sheridan Campus is a 501(c)(3) federally-qualified nurse-managed clinic, focused on a patient-centered medical home philosophy. Our PCMH model offers children and adults access to affordable medical and dental care, as well as behavioral health care and pharmacy services - all under one roof. We provide quality health care for people of all ages and backgrounds, whether they have insurance or not.
