As someone with over 6 years of managerial experience, data-mining reports to reduce costs and improve efficiencies and handling the stresses of day-to-day business operations, I believe I would be a valuable addition to your team. I would be able to handle your bookkeeping needs, correctly recording transactions, and running scheduled reports to examine business trends. I previously worked in the healthcare business at AeroCare Holdings, Inc (formerly Carmichael’s HME) for over a decade focusing on and developing ways to reduce costs and increase profit. While working there, I reported directly to the COO of the business and would regularly report on our profitability. I spearheaded multiple projects based off the reports I ran and data pulled. These projects ranged from transitioning to paperless EMR processes, setting up electronic fleet management, outsourcing certain tasks to save money and eliminate the need to hire additional personnel, spooling reports to identify products and services that contributed to our bottom line (and which ones did not), and identifying areas for growth and improvement. All these things allowed the business to be able to work with the same employee headcount even though our business was operating at almost double the growth from the previous year.
