Donn is impersonal and rude. I met him at a Detroit Lions suite and he was extremely rude and constantly bragging about the extra charges he applies to the contracts for single moms because of their "bad decisions." He also seemed to take pride in selling the foreclosed homes of retired disabled veterans. It's really sad.
