They raised their rates substantially without notice. They made poor recommendations regarding IT solutions. They created wedge issues amongst the owners and managers of our company by secretly moving forward on projects and courses of action without having a consensus - which later created a lot of problems and conflicts for all involved. I would not recommend this company.
