On 4/24 we hired Poole Home Improvements to build an addition on our home. We paid the company a 5% deposit to begin work. As of 9/24 we have received no services or product from the company. The company says that their lack of performance is beyond their control, and they will not provide a refund. They took the funds and have done no work.
