Lady was nice over the phone but once I got there the guy (jiles) that helped me was very rude. He didn't ask me for my insurance. He didn't like that I am allergic to zosyn but didn't know it was a penicillin based antibiotic. Kept telling me that he was too busy to verify initials on my script and said he would try later in the day. When I calmly explained he was being rude he just held up my prescription and said I can go somewhere else then. I had to call my doctors and have them call the pharmacy. I have been waiting for my script for over 2 hours now and i know i am going to have to wait even longer He acted like he was better than me the entire time. He took a small course to become a pharmacy tech. I would never act better than anyone. But I guess that is what you will get at this pharmacy I was a first time costumer and was treated like they didn't want my business. I am going to give them one more try because they are close to home but I am not optimistic.
