Went through an entire situation, my husbands car which he owns and the title is in his name had a repossession out for the car and the previous owner from Toyota, during this entire ordeal with Toyota Samantha would call and regularly check to see when the car could be issued a release. she so graciously contacted Toyota and for free due to no fault on our end towed the car back. Samantha was very sweet and very helpful during the whole issue. was happy to do business with them!

My car was repossessed on behalf of Toyota the title is on my name and the car is paid off. Samantha keep in contact with my wife and I the whole time while Toyota fixed their mistake. She kindly towed the car back to our house no cost to us. loved doing business with her!
