Took them 9 days after my initial call to fix a leak under kitchen sink and replace hot water valve for washer. I only called them because they had previously fixed a leak under the sink/ They fixed the new kitchen sink leak in about 15 minutes, but took 2 hours to fix the valve on the washer. They looked for replacement parts in the truck for the valve for about 40 minutes. Then they went to a parts store to find a valve. They were gone for another 40-45 minutes. They were unable to find replacement parts. I asked them to put the old valve back on. In doing so, they broke it and ended up welding a new section of copper with a different valve, and charged me for that after breaking my valve. They did a terrible job and charged me for all the time they spent looking for parts in their 5-gallon buckets, and their trip to and from the store. I had to pay for a replacement valve because they broke the one I asked them to put back on. I paid them for the several hours they spent doing absolutely nothing beneficial. Once they left I went in and moved the washer to further inspect. And it was then I realized they replaced the cold water valve, and not the hot water valve I requested. If they had simply checked the valves with the water main on, they would have seen that it was obviously the hot water valve that was leaking and that they fixed the wrong one. They didn't even turn the water back on after fixing the leak under the sink to check the leaking washer valve. Had they done so they would have clearly seen the leak, as it was easily noticeable. They cut out the sheetrock behind the washer and added a section of pipe to intimately replace the valve they broke in the first place. The next day I called the plumber who did the work, Robbie, and told him he replaced the wrong valve for the washer. He said it wasn't his problem to call the office. I called the office and left a message and received no return phone call. I would highly recommend that you use any other plumber other than these guys. The only guy who did any work and seemed to have a clue as to what was going on was the plumbing assistant to Robbie. Robbie was absolutely terrible and didn't do much at all for the entire three hours. It was the assistant who did all the work. I am 65 years old, but not stupid. Taking advantage of senior citizens is unconscionable and it certainly appears, at least in this instance that this company has no problem in doing so. I recommend anyone but this company.
