TERRIBLE! They take FOREVER to drag themselves to repair appliances. Last year our stove stopped working, we informed our landlord and they called them over to take a look at it. They replaced a piece and called it a day, cool, fine maybe thats all that was needed. Nope, stove still didnt work. They were scheduled at least 10 times, before we found the actual root of the problem by trying to fix it ourselves after we were left with only one functional burner. As it turns out, the wires had been burnt off, that's why it had stopped working. The landlord ended up replacing it, after like 8 months of us calling them. :) Now our fridge is damaged, it stopped cooling. First in the fridge compartment and now in the freezer area. I contacted the landlord in DECEMBER of last year. IT'S SEPTEMBER NOW. These INCOMPETENT technicians can't seem to find the issue. "Oh it's too close to the wall" "Oh just close the door more, imma add sealant so it closes better" "Put it at a higher setting" The only reason my family hasn't starved is because before the freezer started to fail too, we were freezing blocks of ice and bringing them down to the fridge, as a way to cool it down as much as possible, we still lost alot of food though. If you are a landlord or someone that actually needs repairs done and not some guy to come in look around and then LEAVE, don't hire this company. I hope to get a job here someday, since it seems all I'd have to do is talk down to people in their homes, pretend to fix things and then collenct a paycheck

This is the jankiest company ever and I'm so mad my landlord used them. I had an issue with my dryer takes a technician about a week to come cool whatever. He has no parts with him says he has to order it okay. I asked when are you coming back he said this week. He lied of course. I call aluf again. They said yes we will send him Wednesday, Wednesday comes no show. They said Friday. Friday comes guess what? He ordered the wrong part. I know mistakes happen so I wasn't too mad. I asked when are you coming back he said Monday. It is now going on 2 weeks. Aluf said they don't know when the part is coming!?!? And on top of this the technician unplugged my washing machine so now I have nothing. Very unserious company. I can't even find this place on a simple google search tells me a lot.

Absolutely terrible. Never informed me when anyone was coming over. No call, no show on the day when they said they were coming over. Landlord went ahead and replaced the broken oven, and then a week later they texted at 10:30 at night(!) to ask when they could come by. Abysmal customer service, completely inept. Avoid this dunces if you can.

Completely unprofessional. Aluf had sent a service man to check out our dishwasher. We were told the parts would take a week. Completely unprofessional. Aluf had sent a service man to check out our dishwasher. We were told the parts would take a week. Two weeks later they still haven't reached out so I decided to call, they didn't even have the part ordered and it was very apparent they completely forgot and ordered it weeks later when I had followed up. The service man comes back to now put in the replacement part. He took a piece of our cabinet apart and didnt put it back together, he took the dishwasher out from the cabinetry and didnt put it back correctly (which will definitely result in me losing my security deposit if it is not fixed) and he left trash and a huge mess on our floor, and shut off the power to the dishwasher and never turned it back on, leaving us with no way for it to function. I mentioned this to someone named Mendy who claims to be the supervisor, right after it happened, and even sent him photos of the mess made and the cabinetry messed up. He said he'd get back to me. Two days pass and I've heard nothing so I call back again and Mendy is zero help and hangs up on me while I'm trying to speak to him regarding the situation. I call back and remind him how absoultely unacceptable the entire situation is and he tells me to call back in half an hour, I do and no one answers. He also refused to give me a number for the field manager or even connect him in on the call, the whole interation seemed shady. The service man should have came back immediately (as I realized these issues just minutes after he left.) yet its now been days and Aluf is still failing to fix the situation and be communicative. Absolutely unacceptable. The entirety of my experience wirh Aluf Appliances has been filled with a lack of care and communication and has been extremely unprofessional from their end. I would never recommend this company to anyone, save yourself the time and hassle and don't go to Aluf. I would give zero stars if I could.
