PROCEED WITH CAUTION . Per Contra Costa Health department inspector, there's no permit to sale food and couldn't even find a kitchen!! He never returned her call. Also, I can't find a permit to sale alcohol. They are running from a civil judgment. Just verify that they have a kitchen and it's being inspected. Food can be cooked in a basement!!!They ruined my daughter's reception basically the food wasn't what I exactly ordered, it showed up in two deliveries in 2.5 hour time span. Some food was enedible and unrecognizable. When I began to ask for a refund, they ignored me. I sued and was approached 1 week prior to court with "if you remove your posts, we can discuss refund". He agreed to pay and told the judge he will talk to his staff. It's clear that what ever he may have said fell on deaf ears. Apparently, two more receptions were destroyed since my situation. I recommend reviewing his yelp reviews. I have a judgment in my favor. I also noticed that my money that I authorized to pay t Basic Catering was diverted in LF Family LLC which is a consulting company. I wonder if that's why people aren't getting what they paid for? He said he will pay me, but since his bad business practices continue, I doubt he has not paid my judgment. Now, I have to go after him again.
