As a real estate investor we see everything in DFW. Contractors are very suspect, Dan Armando and Guardian are the real deal. The service our residential and commercial properties as well. Call them...now.

Very reliable contractor. Erik and Tim were my project managers. The crews were on time, clean and tidy. The project stayed on Budget, the work was excellent and the guys are professional. Ty!!!

Guardian is the premiere GC in North Texas as far as I am concerned. I speak for my family as Dan has successfully completed numerous projects for me, my sister Kitty, my mother in law Rhonda Wellins, my brother Jack. Don't waste your time, really. If you are reading this you have already found the right contractor, I don't care what it is. I can't thank you enough.
