VICTOR DOHERT came to repair my furance on Jan. 2, 2025. He cleaned the flame sensor. I knew that would not keep it working. So he stated that if it stops working within 30 days, then he would come back to fix it. He then asked for payment of $150. I reminded him that during our phone call the day before that he stated that it would be $85. Then he accepted the $85 payment. The next day the furance stopped working again. I texted and informed him that. He called and stated that it was my thermostat. He advised me on which thermostat to purchase (a Google Learning Nest) and that he would come back to install it. I have been calling and texting him with no response. I called him from a different number and he stated that he has to check his schedule and never called/ texted back. It has been over a week, I have paid for services that has not fixed my unit. Spent over $200 for thermostats and I am still sitting in a house with no heat. I have sat in a house through winter storms with below 30 degree weather.

Do not trust Victor Doherty!!!!!!! I hired Doherty Enterprise LLC (Victor Doherty) to install a new HVAC system. I gave him a large deposit. He was also told I needed the job completed on a certain date. That was over three months ago. Todate the job has never been done by him nor has my deposit been returned. I now have a court date pending and I'm also working with Maryland Home Improvement Commission (Division Of Occupational and Professional Licensing) to expose his lies and deceit. I will then move on to Virginia courts and it's Commission. Again: Do not trust this guy!!!! I also intend on pursuing all legal ways of exposing him.

I Usually don't post about black businesses, but I will about this particular one. Do not use Doherty Enterprises LLC a Frederick Maryland the technician eight owner is Victor or Cyril. Nor Amazon home warranty. We pay our monthly deductible and they sent him out to fix our refrigerator which just had the ice machine not working. At least we had a refrigerator before he came to work on it a vendor contracted by Amazon home warranty. He ordered new parts and came and disassembled our refrigerator which was fairly new and now it doesn't work at all. He stated that he would come back out if he did not turn on Monday the 20th. Since then we have contacted him 50 times including Amazon who won't stand by their vendor. Due to his incompetence and lack of customer service we have been without a refrigerator since December 20 and he has yet to respond to come and rectify his work. Additionally Amazon won't remediate and we have lost over $750 worth of groceries as well as $400 of insulin and are still without a refrigerator and a resolution. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and Maryland to get his license revoked. He makes black on businesses look bad. Disseminate this out to your family and friends so you also will not be out of monies.
