ALG has managed to alienate thousands of Travel Agents through retaining their commissions which they disguise as Branding Fees Penalties even when a reservation has their own travel insurance and admitted to me personally they have made gross errors on all bookings I made When ALG canceled the bookings NOT ME but ALG this made null and void any contracts and the Dept of Transportation states they MUST refund all monies It took 8 months to resolve 3 of my bookings. They have refused to send the commissions I earned and NEVER return emails or calls I continue to campaign for all agencies to BOOK with any vendor other than ALG Since Marktravel sold us out to them it has been nothing but errors and chaos I continue to fight for the monies I am due. Agents and Consumers I encourage book directly with their hotels and airlines because ALG will keep your monies and commsisions.
