Jessica Lawes recommends ILoveKickboxing (Hell's Kitchen, NYC). June 13 · I absolutely love this kickboxing gym! It's a small intimate space yet very clean. The staff there are amicable, and they all motivate me during the workouts! They change their workout routines every session and even moderate exercises for beginners the team walks around the gym, mentoring each individual in the class. They have guided me during each workout and push me to exceed my limits to reach my target weight goal! The facilities are always clean no matter the hour of class, and they have extras, like hair ties, deodorant spray, pads, and Listerine. Which is a plus in case you leave stuff behind. I've been attending for a little over a month now and already see my results, and I feel so energized throughout the day.
