Beware of this licsened contractor!! Also check his CSLB record. It was suspended at one point. BBB complaint on record. His record is tarnished. Wish I knew all this before hiring him. We signed a contract with him to do concrete/landscaping work and only a portion of work has been done. He is now coming back and asking for almost $9k just to finish project (more than half the contracted price! We did not add any new work! ) Or he wants 3k to fire him! We now have over paid him a couple thousand because he always collected progress payments ahead of schedule. Don't give him money before the work is complete! You may end up losing money.
