My husband and I called for a quote and was told on a Friday to call back on Monday for the quote... When my husband called back on Monday, he was told to either wait until the agent decided to get around to doing it or he could stay with his current insurance provider. I then called back and told them not to worry about providing us with a quote, that we would go with someone else, which we did. I had asked to speak to the office manager and was told there was no office manager available. It's truly sad when you get treated like this from your local small town insurance agency. And to think I had been recommending them to everyone I know for years.
