Hello my name is Ricky Smith I was trying to buy a shed from you. I put down 500.00 Feb 2 the shed got delivered February 28th March 3 my son and my nephew was in and accident my son went in to a coma I text you and told you that my payment would be late March 27th we loose our son again I text you guys so we head to Iowa for my son funeral march 29th 2024 my sister son Lil troy wasn't doing well on April 2 we went to see him and I sent a text to and that's when I noticed you guys don't read them so I called and explained I could do a $200.00 and you guys excepted that April 3 rd Lii Troy passed away and again I am 2 payments behind we talked to the repo department and we were going to pay 150.00 every Wednesday and additional 200.00 on every first she would not work with us at all we would be giving you 800 a month till we got caught up so i tried everything i just paid for 2 funerals and on Friday i had to call once again and tried to make that payment arrangement we called the customer service representative we told her what happened and she sent us to our manger of our account told ber everything she was going to send us to someone else but we got the same cold hearted person I have ever talke to and she told me if i didn't pay the 283.00 she was going to cash out and they would be repo it in A few days well I am 54 years old and we have a I told her to come after Monday she said she doesn't know when I told her you better call cause we have 3 pit bulls that will eat you. You best call them she ask if I would do a voluntary repo I say no we want to make a payment agreement on 800 a month she she could only do so much so I tried to move the stuff cause I didn't want to lose nothing well the repo guy called and I told him Tuesday after 500 then okay I reached down to pick up a box a I heard a pop in my bicep along with sharp pain I went to the hospital they told me I torn my bicep and you will see in my screen shot I am sending you will see, when I found you said your family oriented right ? 😞Well Remember I told you I was going to find a way to tell the world about this well in the screen shot you will see a documentary that I am in and filming now from Netflix I don't want you to be caught off guard I just want the average person that even if you had to bury your son daughter do you think you could handle it without getting behind but I understand the money is all important but someone that's giving you 2 debt cards for all the 150 weekly payments and on my wifes card you would get 200.00. that's 800.00 a month well I got our what I could from tbe shed but there's still stuff shed in front of the shed.. and it's Wednesday the ropo guy said he would be here at 1200 it's 11:20pm on Wednesday. You guys are so fast repo them but see I have a friend and my friend name is Jesus and you might get my dream shed I had wiring ran everything 😞 and cause I didn't ask for my son and nephew to die 😭 I never wanted to tear my bicep but Jesus closes one door he opens another .
