I had an emergency air condition situation which involved water leaking out of the ceiling unit. After trying to find someone to come out immediately most of the day, This is the only company that understood that I wasn't complaining about not having AC, but rather needed to stop the water from pouring out and all over the unit. They would understand the severity of the problem. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nice.
