BEWARE, HE IS A FRAUD..i had to give a 1 because it would not let me post otherwise.. My busband and I had a horrible experience. We now have to go to court and try to get our $5995.00 back. Scheduled back in October for roof, partial interior ceiling with paint and texture. Paid paid deposit, $4995.00. Should have started Nov 4. It was pushed back due to Covid, said the truck driver had it. Did say he could start the painting, paid $1000.00 deposit. Was to start on Tuesday, November 10 at 8 am, that is what the appt. said. He showed at 1230, truck broke down. Wednesday Nov 11, he showed at 1130, overslept. Thursday Nov 12, my husband and I both texted because again he didn't show. Dropped off paint at 330 claimng he couldn't work cause we stressed him out by texting him. Decided to have a clean slate, worked well on Friday. Replaced some boards, I did all the running for him, I have a truck. Supposed to start roof on Nov. 16. He told my husband he was on his way at 1032, paying for dumpster. He called me at 100 and gives me a story about he had trouble getting dumpster. Doesn't have one, but is right around the corner to paint. I am angry, I ask for a refund. He says he can't give me one he paid his guys. But he and his girlfriend were the only ones to ever show. He stated he was coming by to get his stuff, but the only stuff here is what I bought and paid for and picked up with my truck. He worked about 6 to 7 solid hours. Used my pressure washer, broke it,, dropped it off the roof. Used my husband's air compressor. He pretty much came with a nail gun. If this is the service you want go for it. I refuse. I told him I was missing work even on his no show days. He actually said "you don't need to be here when I work". Sorry not leaving the house open for a complete stranger or anyone else when he doesn't show up. Come to find out he never ordered the shingles October 27th like he said nor did he ever pay for the dumpster. Needless to say. No new paint, no new roof and now we have to file. FYI he will use alternate names like Sean Williams and Ricky Lundy.
