Berne is the best - stellar service! We got a same day appointment to have my dryer vents cleaned, and Berne was communicative and extremely knowledgeable. He took pictures of the vent on the roof and showed us pictures of other vents so we could understand what he was talking about. I'll definitely be recommending.
