Villa Custom Homes, Inc. For more than 20 years, Villa Custom Homes, Inc. has been at the forefront of the custom home building industry in the region. Our homes have always aspired to evoke the beauty and unique qualities of the Southwest. As the area’s most trusted custom builder, we have more than two decades of experience in building unique and beautiful homes and working directly with homebuyers to achieve their desired outcome. Judd Singer began in construction as a young man, building small structures on his parent’s New Mexico farm. By the time he entered the custom home building industry, he had several years of experience in carpentry and construction and had acquired a unique set of knowledge and skills through his work in building and computers.
