Fleeson Gooing is a highly respected Wichita firm with a national reputation. Fleeson Gooing is a highly respected Wichita firm with a national reputation. It is one of the oldest and largest law firms in the region, meaning they can create experienced legal teams with deep skill sets. This also means they can handle complex and long litigation cases other firms would not be able to outlast. Other firms consult with them for their expertise, and they have represented major corporations and banks in Kansas and beyond. Their attorneys regularly appear before local, regional, state, and federal zoning and administrative bodies to assist clients with regulatory issues. Most of the firm's work is for businesses, with an emphasis on business and corporate law, real estate, construction, taxation, school law, business litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and oil and gas law. They also have a thriving e-business/technology/IP division and are very involved in the Wichita tech and startup scene. They have also been involved in several high profile class actions. The firm does offer services for individuals, including estate planning/probate/elder law (those are big ones), adoptions, and criminal defense (though that's not a huge focus - but the attorney who handles this practice is well-known, so she brings in traffic to the site on her name). They do bankruptcy for both individuals and businesses. They do not do family law except adoptions, so no divorce attorneys or child support.
