1. They sent me notifications in the mail that my Brand new 2025 Toyota Camry's warranty was about to expire.
2. They use Fear, Uncertainty, and Deception (FUD), a tactic used by scammers to create a sense of urgency or fear in the customer in tricking them into getting coverage.
3. They sent me my first set of notices through the mail that said I had like 5 days to respond or I wouldnt be able to get their services. About a month later they sent me another one saying i had 5 days. LOL so obvious a scam. What happened to the first 5 days that was so urgent the first time.
4. They don't put their business name on the letter. In 1 of their letters, they put it at the very bottom in tiny fine print stating they don't represent any dealership.
This is Obvious a SCAM. They are predatory on people with good will of others by default. I promise, you don't need this SCAM.
