We use grizzly's for our fleet of 20+ vehicles. We have been using them for years. Gets us taken care of quickly and the price can not be beat. I was shocked to see a negative review to be honest. They are so easy going and laid back. 10/10 recommend

Hello my name is Denice. I am customer of grizzly Auto Glass and I would just like to write my review about the bad customer service I received from somebody called Kathy in January 2025. A rock hit my new Kia and Nicked the windshield when I contacted Kathy She said we needed to be in a warm place so that the windshield install would be successful. I contacted Kia and they completely obliged in letting me take my vehicle to the location where there was a warm garage. I had no problem with grizzly auto repair at that point they installed my windshield, but later Kathy called me to let me know there was a defect in the windshield and that they were gonna have to redo it at no charge to me which I was very impressed with. I called grizzly Auto on April 15 to get this taken care of, when speaking to Kathy. She told me that I needed to call within two weeks after the last install which never happened putting the blame on a customer for something that was done through the Company was not my fault. I just would like to say in this review that as a customer I will never deal with grizzly auto repair again. All they had to do was what they promised and I would've been a totally satisfied customer instead she wanted said she wasn't gonna argue with me about it as a customer. I just recommend you take your business elsewhere. They don't stand behind what they say.
