I had a little project that I wanted to get done for my wife’s laundry room. I search for someone and his company came up I called him on September 8th and I told him what I needed done and he said that he will stop by to look at what needs to be done and I said okay. He came by and he looked at what he can do and he said that he will Tex me later with a estimate. Later that day, he Tex me stating the price to do the job. The space was 70 square feet and I wanted to remove the existing tile on the floor and replace it with porcelain. He said he can do it for 500 and that’s with me buying all the materials and I said okay. He asked me when do you want it done I said October 2nd he said okay. It will be a two day job I said I will Tex you when I get all the materials for the job. On September 27th I Tex him that I had all the materials and standing by for October 2nd he said okay if we stay on schedule with This next job I should be there. I said okay sounds good. On September 30th I asked him can he start on October 1st and he said no he on another job It’s taking longer than expected and to keep your laundry room together he will remove everything when he get there I Said okay will you be here on oct 2nd as scheduled he said I would like to say yes He may have to leave his current job to his help and come by to my house. I said okay we are scheduled for tomorrow. He said I know I’m usually right on schedule very rare that I’m not I will keep you in the loop as we progress. October 2 I Tex him to see what time he will be here to start work he said i am not going to make it this job is taking longer than expected still have a long ways on this job I thought I Told you in previous Tex I will let you know how far along we get at the end of the day. I said you did not tell me that you was not going to make it , you just said that you were behind. He apologize And said he will make Saturday or Sunday. When he said Sunday which was not apart of the schedule. I said I wanted to get this done before I travelled on Sunday for work. He have not Tex me with any progress or called. I told him this is not a good look and you should’ve told me that you was not going to make the appointment that we scheduled on September 8th. He said if I need to reschedule let him know. This was very unprofessional that I had to contact him to see when he was going to show up and he didn’t show up at all. On October 3rd I haven’t heard from him Tex or call. Guys watch out for this guy.
