This company has made me sit with a not working Dryer for several months. Closing my Samsung Ticket without even talking to me. Making me have to call back to open it back up. When i asked to speak to a manager, she got on the phone and basically told me they do not care about my ticket and that is why it was not getting serviced. I was shocked. This is the authorized dealership that Samsung is using and by far the worst i have ever used. I got a call today they were no longer going to service my ticket because they can do that. From part being on backorder to not getting assistance. Worst experience ever.
