THIEVES!!!!!
In Sept 2023 Alex Fowler (303) 507-4092 & Rick Robb (720) 377-6779 were engaged to rebuild 2 porch walls with columns and cap stones and do tuck point work on our 1920's brick house. They wrote a proposal for $12,500. My mother paid them $10,200 and they only completed 40% of the work.
They charged her $1500 for Cap stone Jan 23rd. and they never delivered the product.
We have been chasing them since January 2024.
She has now had to hire a new contractor & purchase the cap stone again. The new stone was only $600, less than half of the original charge.
They left a pile of bricks and mortar in the flower garden and all their scaffolding up on the exterior front wall. They used drk grey hard cement instead of lime mortar. It was thick and messy and will eventually damage the original brick. They have zero idea of what to do and are very unprofessional. The took advantage of us. After our job they moved on to another womens' home and she has also written a very bad review on google like we have.
