Saw an Ad online so I scheduled a cleaning with AP. First visit, Cleaning and consult seemed to go great. Set me up with a “plan” to fix my front tooth and fill some cavities. When I was paying and setting up my next appointment they had me sign up for a year membership saying it will save me money. I had three more appointments with them and only ever saw a dental hygienist never once saw the dentist again. Never once followed up with their plan. Didn’t fix any cavaties or my front tooth. Took a lot of Xrays and cleaned my teeth 4 times, but never actually fixed what I went there for. Dentist handled this situation terribly. Tried to say I wasn’t even a patient. Called my personal cellphone to say I slandered his business and he could take legal action. I was 100% a customer. Super professional business. Being a vet doesn’t give you an excuse to call and abuse former customers.
