We signed two contracts with this company in may of 2020. Since then it's been excuse after excuse on completing our project. Deaths, Covid, no babysitter, the weather, the drive is too far, their kids have sports games they must attend, there are issues with their kids that her husband must deal with,they have no employees...and the list goes on and on. We had 5 different start dates to begin with.So obviously we have been more than patient and willing to work with them, being the first was August 2020 and here we are in March 2021. We even had to involve our attorney just to get them to provide a schedule that they could stick to and that didn't even work. They gave us a schedule and still are not even on the first date of what they have listed. We paid them 50 percent of one contract and then 100 percent of the second contract. They have taken $86,000 of our money and we have no where close to any of the work to show that. And the work that is there, none is 100 percent. They're either missing drawers, cabinets, hardware, shelves, trim, filler. They show up at 4 and work for an hour, but tell us they can't make it other days because they want to utilize their time wisely. The only time they showed up earlier than 4 is to pick up their two checks and that was bright and early at 8 in the morning.Speaking to the owner her reason for starting their work day late is because they have to stay at their shop and watch their employees to make sure that work gets done... But then she also emails me and tells me that the only people they have to work on our project is herself, her husband and children. They have drawers and hardware and cabinets laying everywhere at an active construction site. On top of all this, the owner, Troy tells me the week of thanksgiving that we will have his full attention in completing our project the following week, but then we find out he is taking on job after job with ours not even 25 percent to being completed. This company is very unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy, and just flat out lazy and I would not recommend nor have I recommended them to any one who has asked me about our cabinet installers.
