I was at work when they came in to start cleaning, and my husband texted me that the quality of cleaning so far was subpar I thought he might have been exaggerating, but then I walked into the house and immediate saw spots that were cleaned, but obviously not thoroughly Then I met my husband in another room, looked around at all the dust particles still on the floor, and asked him if this room was cleaned yet As it turns out, it was And this was just how the whole house was At three hours into their service, there were several surfaces that never got wiped down, and the ones that were still hand remnants on them Then I asked them to wipe down the inside of my ovens, we have two and my gas stove, which Henry, the owner, appeared very disgruntled at being asked to do I have had people at half the price do that and more without being prompted, so I was very surprised at this unprofessionalism With my oven, they cleaned the inside, but did not think to do the door until I asked, and then did not do the bottom oven at all My biggest gripe is my gas stove Whatever product they sprayed on it left it sparking continuously Google searches said it might just be wet and needed to dry, but over 24 hours later, it is still sparking Not once has this happened when I have cleaned the stove or other housecleaners have cleaned The handle to my shower was also broken We are thinking of putting our house up for sale soon, so we needed someone on short notice to do a deep clean of our house Henry quoted 500 on the phone This is more than double what we have paid people in the past, but we figured the combination of the short notice and the deep clean, we would take it Their reviews on Google were not bad either Also, we expected about 6 hours of service They tried to leave after 2 hours, after arriving two hours late Ended up leaving after 4 hours, saying this was the last thing they are going to do, after we asked them to clean the stove TLDR Hired these people to clean my house They did a shoddy job and broke a few things So now we have to spend more money to further get the house clean and get the stuff broken fixed Henry/owner is very unprofessional Also seems a bit strange since they would not take credit cards
