All County Concrete, Palmyra NY is a company you should avoid at all costs. At first, Chris Johncox seemed professional. The job (6/2018)appeared good-a simple and small concrete patio to be put in replacing our very cracked upheaving patio, directly behind our home under our deck. Chris and his co-worker(who seemed to know more than Chris) did the task in a timely manner. The downside was, the concrete patio was shoved against the house upheaving our siding, upheaving our deck and literally cracking the next year about 6 months later (2/2019). When Chris was contacted, he appeared 'shocked' blaming it on the frozen ground(it's NYS!). They left ruts in our yard, upheaved deck, upheaved siding and his idea of fixing was to place a gray putty like substance over the cracks (on a beige colored concrete) and call it a day. He never responded to our numerous calls and when he did he made empty promises and never came over to finish the job to 'fix' the patio. Terrible, terrible service. Run the other way.
