We purchsed a GentleMAX pro from these people and we were som please with the machine. The brought the machine to us to test and inspect, we used it for half a day with everything running perfectly. The technician also showed us the inside of the machine, and all the service work that have been done. We were really pleases really just pleased we got so lucky.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE OR ANY OTHER NAME THEY OPERATE UNDER: The Laser Source, Laser Repair Tech anyone with the name of Dave, David, Walter or George at these places. IT IS A SCAM. They have been paid and have my device and will not return calls, emails or text. They hang up on you when you call once you identify yourself. I still do not have my device delivered back to us. I even offered for them to keep my money and return my broken device and still no communication. Please save yourself the headache. This has been going on for 2 months now. I see a few good reviews, but I have to wonder if they are fake.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS JOKER! He drafted my account months before anything was ever delivered and only after agonizing exchanges and multiple failed promises. When the laser unit finally delivered, it was not the unit I agreed to purchase. In addition, they failed to provide both handpieces and several other missing components. Lastly, although Dave claimed the one handpiece it works just fine, the settings are way off and would cause permanent damage/burns to a client. I paid for the unit in February 2021 and it's February 2022 and I still don't have a functioning unit.

Dave took our money also and did not provide service. We paid $5,000 for replacement shutter in February 2020 and still have a broken laser and are out that money. COVID delayed things understandably, but it's almost 2022 and nobody will return my calls or emails. Beware of doing business with this company or giving them any money up front.

this company is scam. They took your deposit, then never answer the call. Dave keep make promise that cant keep. Before you making deposit, you are God. After make deposit, They are the God.

I was just out of warranty on my Palomor ICON and they repaired my ICON for about 50% less than what Palomar wanted, and picked up and dropped of my laser at no charge. We are happy.

I purchased my first Candela GentleYag from these guys just over a year ago now. The machine has worked perfectly, and hey have always been available for help. We just purchased two more GentlYAGS and one XEO from them also for our new centers we are opening, and we saved a ton of money. I have no issue recomending them highly.
