Love all my jeans from this site !

This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I made a purchase of two pairs of jeans on Sept 22nd. Two weeks pass and I had still not received any shipping information. After going back and forth with the company through text and email trying to find out where my order was I finally received a package on Oct 15th. The package only had one of my items in it. I contacted the company through email, sent pictures of the contents of my package, and asked where my second item was. I was told they had no record of only sending one item (even though someone from the company wrote on the packing slip that what I received would be the first of two packages) but that they could give me a partial refund or ship my second item with a free gift. By this time my confidence in them was completely gone and I didn't trust the refund option. I opted to have the second item sent. I asked when my second item would ship and was told it would ship at the beginning of the following week. It is now Nov 25th and I still have not received the item. I've reached out to them several times and now don't even get responses to my emails. I am now out the money I spent with the company because I didn't receive my complete order and the item that I did receive is not the quality that I expected for the price. Terrible experience!
