I reserved this venue for my moms 76th birthday celebration. Which was scheduled to take place June 13, 2020. However, due to COVID 19 and the restrictions that came along with it my family and I had no other choice but to cancel the event. I reached out to Angel @ 459 and she immediately stated “you are not getting a refund”. When I signed the contract I was not aware. To be fair, I asked Angel @ 459 if we could split the $400.00 deposit 50/50 and we both would be out $200.00 each instead of my family and I having to eat the entire $400.00. Angel@ 459 still refused. Please be careful, if you are in a situation beyond your control better yet the world, she does not care and you are not getting a refund of any sort.
