My experience was very unprofessional. The driver Didn't contact me until called company because they were late. They said they were coming and coming and coming, and then wouldn't answer the phone. I have requested not to be scheduled thru this company. Not reliable. Ask for transportation company name so you can complain or compliment.

I TOTALLY agree with Rich B. They should ABSOLUTELY lose the contract that they have with HAP. The female driver told me me after I filed a complaint against her that I got her in trouble, because she was to busy attending her boyfriend after he was released from the hospital. This HORRIBLE thing that's call Horton Coles did a NO CALL, NO SHOW for the 3rd or 4th time now and they have not lost the contract with HAP IS MIND BOGGLING!!!! I will be switching from HAP because of the medical transportation.

Horton Coles Transportation 23246 Ithaca St, Oak Park, Michigan Owner: Janay Marie Coles I had two scheduled rides with Horton Coles Transportation through Access2care for my doctor appointments on October 26, 2021 and December 7, 2021. Janay Coles said that they were here, waited ten minutes and phoned me BUT THEY NEVER DID!!! Others complain about the same thing. She just lies!!! Her Google reviews have her made up names rating her 5 stars and has her sisters (Alaina & Lynette Wilson) also giving her false 5 stars!!
