AVOID WILMOT HOMES AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would! Horrible managing and attention to detail. It all started out well through my home build and it got progressively worse as time went on. Wilmot homes and associates have horrible communication and expecting them do implied tasks expected from a builder is like pulling teeth. Honestly, I could had taken them to court multiple times and won with zero issues. Unfortunately, that route takes time and is a hassle that I don't want to deal with. The builder even yelled at me during closing as I was blue taping deficiencies at the house which was what we had agreed to do the day prior (and is common practice during a home build/closing process). I have every text and email conversation with them which shows lack of care, rudeness, lack of professionalism and lack of business etiquette. I am writing this in hopes to save others the headache and dissatisfaction that I went through.
